Young grads on course for success

How the TCS graduate program is inspiring the next generation of professionals.

The TCS Graduate Program kickstarts careers, giving participants the chance to work with cutting edge technologies that are shaping the future.

Each year more than 200 graduates join our global footprint in financial services, retail, travel and transport, energy, and telecommunications, across Australia, New Zealand, and beyond. They partake in mentoring and leadership programs and deep dive into the fields of the future, including AI and machine learning, data and decision sciences, robotics, and life sciences.

Upon completion of our renowned Initial Learning Program, graduates are seconded into some of the world’s largest and most exciting organisations, setting them on a career path to success.

We spoke with some of our recent ANZ grads about what it’s like to work within TCS and where they hope their future takes them.
